n8n NAS 邮件提醒：隐私说明

读取及保存的信息

应用经本人 Google OAuth 授权后读取收件箱邮件的发件人、主题、正文、时间及消息标识，按服务商或服务通知关键词筛选，将匹配的邮件记录保存到个人 NAS。工作流执行历史也可能记录所处理邮件的输入和输出。应用还保存本人维护的服务名称、到期日期和续费信息。

用途和权限

这些信息仅用于整理服务商邮件及向本人发送订阅到期提醒。申请的 Gmail 权限为读取邮件（gmail.readonly）和发送邮件（gmail.send）。应用不获取 Google 登录密码，也不申请修改或永久删除邮件的权限。

存储与保留

业务记录存储于账户本人的 NAS，并保留至本人删除。工作流执行历史会定期清理，当前保留设置为 14 天。OAuth 凭据由 n8n 加密保存；备份由账户本人管理。

分享与使用限制

应用不出售邮件数据，不用于广告或训练通用人工智能模型，不向其他收件人发送提醒。与 Google API 的通信使用 HTTPS；现有网络代理转发加密连接。

本应用对从 Google API 收到的信息的使用和传输遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use 要求。

撤销授权、删除及联系

本人可以在 Google 账户的第三方连接设置 中撤销授权，停止新的 Gmail 访问；撤销授权不自动删除 NAS 中已保存的记录。已保存记录可由本人在 n8n 中删除。联系应用所有者时，请使用 Google 授权页面显示的支持邮箱。

Privacy policy

This personal app reads authorized Gmail messages to collect provider notices and sends subscription reminders to the owner's account. Messages, subscription data and execution history are stored on the owner's NAS; OAuth credentials are encrypted by n8n. Business records remain until the owner deletes them. Execution history is periodically pruned with a 14-day retention setting.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The owner can revoke access in Google Account settings and delete saved records in n8n. Contact the app owner using the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
